I’ve always had good experiences here and I’ve had them turn down work on multiple occasions because it’s not necessary and the issue is something simpler and cheaper. I fully trust the work they do and I won’t take my cars anywhere else for auto care now. It’s nice having a local shop you can trust to do the right work.

The place was crowded when I arrived, so I expected a long stressful wait. Surprisingly, they moved cars through pretty efficiently and kept everyone updated. My starter replacement ended up costing less than the estimate, which honestly doesn’t happen very often these days.

I cannot recommend Klaus Feiler Automotive highly enough. They recently repaired the left rear sliding door wiring harness and evaporative emissions system leak detection pump on our 2011 Volkswagen Routan SE after other dealerships and independent repair shops were unable to properly diagnose or fix the issues. They also previously repaired the rear backup camera wiring on our 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited after others failed there as well. What impressed me most is their ability to diagnose and solve difficult electrical and wiring problems that other shops either missed or gave up on. Their service, communication, technical expertise, turnaround time, and pricing were all outstanding. It is extremely hard to find an honest, highly skilled automotive shop that can properly diagnose complex problems instead of simply replacing parts and guessing. Klaus Feiler Automotive has absolutely earned my trust, and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else going forward. Highly recommended.

Had a flat tire and the spare was causing some issues. I stopped here and they were very kind to help get everything taken care of on the spot even though they had closed an hour earlier. I almost hesitate to post this becaus I'm selfish and don't want to share this place! This place has been the best car maintaince partner I've ever experienced. Their customer service is next level. I'm a customer for life! They actually had a issue where an AC fix used a part that went bad immediately. I bring that up because there was no issue with making the situation right, and fixing the problem, and at no cost. They have helped us sell a car we had, they have fixed a tire that punctured in an emergency situation, they have provided an impromtu check of a car we were test driving to buy for one of our kids. It really doesn't get much better than this place.

I can see why they have so many great reviews. I first came to get my AC and parking brake looked st and adjusted. They did not try to sell me anything extra. Did the job and got me going. I came back because my condenser then went out. The guys looked it over, and then told me what they originally did was not the issue and found a different issue. Did not charge me until the new part comes in. Super honest, super reliable. Good mechanics and shops are hard to come by. I trust these guys.

Exceptional customer service. They fit my car in the same day, even though they were clearly fully booked just because the gentleman on the phone didn't want me driving my kids on a trip with my car the way it was. Their sign says it all, "A Garage you can Trust". When my mechanic of over 30 years finally retired and sold off his business, I was a little worried that I would not be able to find another honest and reasonably priced mechanic in the area. I decided to give Klaus Feiler & Sons a try with one of my cars. I went in for an oil change and thought my car needed brakes. I was pleasantly surprised to hear them tell me that the car looked to be in great condition and had brakes still had life left, so no need to repair at that time. That honesty won me over. They will recommend upcoming work, but it is absolutely no pressure. Since then, I've taken three of my other cars there for a variety of services - each time has been the same result. Honesty, quality work and a fair price. Cade and his team are awesome and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Patrick, Cade (and the whole crew here) are two guys I can't recommend enough. When looking for a mechanic, you first want trustworthy and honest. Honest skilled friendly guys here. Got my car in the morning for fixing a part of the exhaust pipe that fell off my (~ 13 year old) Audi A5 Coupe and it was fixed and ready to go in 3 hours!! Finally found trustworthy affordable guys who are always willing to go the extra length to keep you safe without burning your wallet. Would have given 7 stars if I could! Happy that my Procter & Gamble colleague recommended this place. Will highly recommend this place (especially after your manufacturer warranty is expired and dealerships have no qualms extracting as much money as possible from you, oftentimes recommending unnecessary repairs which could exceed the book value of your old car :)

I just bought my car less than a year ago so I was distraught when all of a sudden I'm having transmission issues when I haven't even paid off the car yet (and no warranty). I took my car to Klaus at 9am and got the call that my O2 sensor and catalytic converter were replaced and my car was ready by 1:30pm. Not only did they work quickly, but they also charged me less than half what google was telling me this would cost, test drove my car to ensure their repairs did the job, gave me pointers and possible causes to my issues and did it all with a smile. I will recommend this place to everyone I know as the most honest car repair place I've ever been to especially as a clueless 22 year old (often gets me paying for things I don't need at other repair shops). They explained everything to me and walked me through all that was needed every step of the way. Thank you Klaus and Sons, I will be back next time I need help!

I became a customer of Klaus Feiler & Sons in 2020 when my car needed work and their shop was within my allotted towing distance. I have had nothing but outstanding service over the past three years, and literally go out of my way to recommend them to my friends and family. Patrick and Cade are honest and knowledgeable. As a woman, I appreciate that they take the time to answer my questions but never talk down to me or assume I am ignorant. They are personable and honest. I'm always on a budget, but they always give me options. I cried to Cade when my Subaru was totaled due to water damage, and I feel like everyone there was very supportive. I took their advice on which new (used) car to purchase, and trust their recommendations wholeheartedly.

I've been going there for 15 years. This shop is run by honest people. It took a long time to find a shop that doesn't turn you into a money machine. Doesn't charge as much for repairs as other shops. Relies on word of mouth. They do the repair right. They look out after your money by giving you alternatives or whether it's worth doing repairs. Patrick Yimenez is the owner....he cars...try them out.
